Review on Pirelli Ice Zero FR 255/45 R20 105H winter by Adam Koodziejek ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

I don't know what to say, really. long deliberated over what to get. examined the sizes of the local species. 235/60 and 225/65. purchased all of the same native, and the reason for this is due to these tires. Has an index of 103 rather than the traditionally used 99. The less weight should result in a greater number of miles traveled by each tire. I was impressed by the slush on the track and how it behaved beautifully breaking the inter-track porridge after I got a narrower width for the winter. This is because the pressure on the surface is stronger due to the fact that the contact patch is smaller. due to the fact that the pattern is directional and not at all responsive to the track. by means of ease. It is inevitable that there will be a fault because of the more robust sidewalls, which is simply because of the load of weight. However, it had a more favorable impact on the way the vehicle behaved and handled on the road. no side sills. curb weight of the automobile is 1660 kg. Skoda Kodiak 4x4. I'm happy like, no, not one elephant. like two elephants. price tag. You might be able to find something that is more affordable, higher, or wider. After three months of use, winter tires revealed their superior performance. The road was in fantastic shape. as long as it is fresh.

Pros
  • the availability of a variety of sizes, production will begin in 2022, and there is a factory warranty available from the retailer. It is possible to use a friction tire from the middle of October to the middle of April, even at temperatures that are close to zero with a plus sign. This is the primary benefit of using a friction tire. as well as the fact that it has a higher weight load in this particular 215/65 17" size, which enables it to be more rigid and less susceptible to abrasion. while maintaining a calm and relaxing atmosphere
Cons
  • If you consider the fact that in January it is essential to put even more winter tires in the middle lane, then the absence of spikes can be regarded a disadvantage. No, but definitely. Therefore, it is very quiet, yet when she howls on dry terrain while moving at a fair speed, you can barely hear her. There is no annoyance, and the Kodiak is exceptionally peaceful.

This season I bought myself this set of tires and did not regret it. In all respects, the tires suited me.

As long as you don't brake hard, no problem. For all-wheel drive, that's it. For the front, I would take spikes, probably.
