Great Oldschool Protein Powder

I love this protein powder. It mixes well with no lumps and undissolved powder. Some cake batter flavor. I mix it up thick and chill it or freeze it and eat it like ice cream. I am on a ketogenic diet and Provosyn works great with my macronutrients. All else being equal, I've noticed an increase in lean muscle mass since adding this to my diet. Beverly is a great company and their products are top notch.
