Companies need quality control.
Not as good as it looks in the photos but I'll try. There are a few other places on the strap where the stitching just wasn't sewn properly or was left out altogether. I think the company has no quality control. Also, the advertised "breathable mesh front" vents aren't mesh at all. These are straight open holes for your cat to put their paw through. If you have a cat that likes to run away. This portable backpack is probably not a good idea.
