Review on Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean Rechargeable Toothbrush by Jeremy Taylor

I love the way it cleans my teeth and the way it looks so much more elegant than our old model. Our older model had insufficient space where the toothbrush attaches to the handle, but this one has none at all. That was our main motive for the transition. Two things I don't like: 1. Black shows a lot more white toothpaste residue and is quite difficult to keep clean even though I'm a relatively clean person. It's like Sisyphus - every tag at the base is white.2. You cannot access any of the "special" features until you have brushed your teeth for two minutes (gum treatment, etc.). I know I should brush my teeth for two minutes, but sometimes I can't! Not to mention when I turn it off the timer starts by itself and I'll never get a gum treatment! You can't take it out of your mouth if it spits out because then the toothpaste will splatter all over the place.
