The customer support team is excellent, they are always very helpful with any questions that I have about our account or their products. They also provide great training for new employees to help them be more efficient as well as providing ongoing advice throughout your relationship with them. I would like to see better reporting options available at an intermediate level of complexity - i.e., where you could create pivot tables but not do complex formulas yet. We use this product primarily through it's integration with QuickBooks Online (QB). It allows us to easily pull transaction data into QB from various systems we utilize daily and automate recurring tasks such as journalizing transactions. This helps save time and effort by allowing me to spend my time focusing on other aspects of running our small businesses instead of logging every transaction manually each month. We have worked with many of their employees over several years, so we know them well enough to trust that they can manage our account for us when needed or wanted as opposed from being too hands-on! They are very good at creating customized solutions without micromanaging (which is what I dislike about some other CPAs). Sometimes it would be nice if there were more resources available during peak times like tax season - but overall my experience has been great thus far since working together last year!!
