These are very strong locks that are almost impossible to cut. I saved some trees and discovered cameras someone was trying to steal. The lock prevented theft. I still lost the ratchet straps and seat cushion, but the stand was still attached to the tree. I also use them to stall a small trolling motor on a sea boat. It's lightweight and could be easily taken off and taken with you, but easy to fix with them. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They also have a small tether end that can be passed through the game camera's mounting holes, which other tether locks cannot.
