Overall this product worked like a little miracle. Apparently a rat or squirrel got caught in the wall after a pest exterminator found and fixed several possible entrances to my house. When I heard a rustling in the wall, I called the contractor first. The traps were set for 4 weeks and only 1 pest was caught. However, it appears that one or more of the animals were unable to escape through the designated exits due to an ever-increasing odor that was extremely noticeable in one room. I am very impressed with the overall cleanliness and ease of use of the bag. No fuss or hassle. Nothing to spray, smear, touch. I just put my bag on the dressing table. The smell started to dissipate after 2-3 days. After 4 months a stubborn odor remains when opening the cupboard doors. Family members who visit me tell me they didn't notice any bad smell, so I feel the overall problem is solved. I would recommend to friends and family and would buy again if the problem reoccurs.
