I'll admit that despite many good reviews I was still skeptical that this was a quality device at this price point. but it really is. work wonderfully. Installation was as easy as it should be and I love the sound quality when playing music or on the phone. I didn't buy it for the intercom feature, so I can't comment on that. The only thing that takes some getting used to is making calls, the voice sounds louder when wearing a helmet and the wind noise foam cover muffles the voice a bit so I spoke too softly at first. . But once I got used to speaking at a normal volume, people could hear me pretty clearly. The new USB-C connection for speakers/microphone and charging is practical. Simply unplug your device when you take off your helmet and you won't damage the connector or port.
