This is a decent set if you're really starting out, but I wouldn't recommend it for those who are really into makeup and brushes. I really like that the brushes are standing. I will use some brushes and not others. They really aren't designed to give you the best look. I also don't like the size of the facial brushes. I see myself using one of the brushes for concealer and maybe one for setting powder. I wouldn't use the rest for anything. I'm used to big fluffy brushes. Again, this is a good set for a beginner. Large brushes come in a double pack. They have an outer layer and another one on top of the gilding which is nice. Again, I love what they cost, but that's really what sets me apart from everything else.
