Extra rough plastic, polyester feel on the outside. The inside is very soft and quite thick so it's nice. I ordered a medium as I'm usually short and think it would look a little bigger but it fits quite well which is still pretty darn cute but not quite what I wanted. It's grossly overpriced as it's made out of a rough cheap fabric that feels like it shouldn't be tumble dried and only washed in cold water. Every time I see it I just feel guilty thinking about the plastic, harmful chemicals and probably unethical labor practices that went into the making of this product and it makes me not want to wear it . Hoping to find something similar in cotton so I can donate this huge shit and get it out of the house.
