Great for covering class library books!

**The bottom 2 books in the picture (Puss in Boots and The True Story of the Three Little Pigs) have been covered with transparent contact paper (this brand). The top 2 books in the picture (I'm Waiting for Mr. Panda and Extreme Earth) are not yet covered. I think it will be useful to compare! In my experience most clear contact paper is a bit hazy, but this brand is super clear! I like it! ** As an elementary school teacher, I have amassed a huge class library. When I was a new teacher someone told me how to cover books in the library with clear contact paper to make them last longer and I've been hooked ever since! I have looked at over 2000 books in the last 15+ years and tried an insane amount of contact paper, different brands etc. Just a few months ago I stumbled across this brand, tried it and got it. I don't use anything else now! In fact - I've already ordered at least 5 rolls! Why I love it: Very clean mesh lines and great value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to preserve the look/durability of a book (or paper or whatever!). Bonus - it's super easy to wash and sanitize books after they've been covered! Books (Deseret Industries is common in Utah), remove price tags (sticky slime cleaner removes sticky residue), cover with clear contact paper, and you've got a super cheap book that's better than new! If helpful please let me know. There are lost items I could check (in this category and others) but usually don't worry. If I know it's useful, I'll try to do better!
