Hi-tech support is hard to come by. But that's not the bad part of it. I bought it because it has an ethernet port. Well it doesn't work, I've done everything I could in terms of software, even installed and uninstalled Windows a few times. Well it doesn't work... Did a lot of research it's common... for something that costs so much I can't believe it. By the way, this is the second one I received because the previous one that was sent to me was not new, it was already opened and messed up by someone else and they shipped it as if it were a new product…. Shame…
