They do NOT protect your clothes when you cook wearing these almost gauze aprons. You are cute, maybe for a photo shoot? I bought them and wondered what they would be. Such adorable prints - I dared. I wasn't disappointed but I understood what you get for paying so little! I sew with high quality cotton fabrics from stores here in the US and have never come across such poor quality flimsy "cotton" fabrics. It saddens me but now I fully understand what you get for paying so little. It is sad.
