We had a hard time feeding our blind 11 year old Schnauzer, he no longer likes to eat his regular dog food. We even started cooking for him, but after a few weeks he got fed up and started protesting in front of his food and turning his back on him. He would have been lying there, but his back was turned away from him. The only way he will eat his dry dog food is if we put in the meat that we (humans) eat for that day. I'm not sure if he taught us or if he just didn't dare to eat since he was blind. In any case, he is very picky. So when I bought his Hold & Behold! He didn't just eat the blender, he ate the rest of his kibble to zero. This product saved our Schnauzer's life when he started to lose so much weight that all he was left with was skin and bones. We were so worried about him. Now he has gained so much weight that it is difficult to pick him up. Rschunimagu. We just have to work to make him lose weight.
