The chandelier looks great! The seller went above and beyond to help me with something that was not part of the product. I had to extend the chain and power cord from the ceiling to the wall. I could not find a chain of the same caliber. The chain that comes with the chandelier is thicker than those found at your local hardware store. I contacted the seller and they provided exactly what I needed. I've read some of the reviews, I disagree with the statement that they think the chandelier should be backlit. With all the lamp shape, wattage, dimming, and color temperature options, they would have to include a few options, most of which would end up in the trash.
