Seat on stool used in our garage needs replacing. It would have cost over $60 to build (foam, wood base, cotton wool, staples and of course time). This finished seat is comfortable, well made and very easy to assemble. Saved my husband a lot of time restoring the old seat. It only took 2 minutes to mount the new seat on the old base. Definitely recommend this seat for use with a suitably sized base.
