We are from Australia and my 11 year old daughter wanted to put a damper on us but not make a big one. The tray with the handle was the perfect size. The handle also made loading and unloading the oven easier. My daughter now makes a damper on it every few days! I'll try the mini pizza in a different pan this weekend to remember.
