so thank you to everyone who has rated this product before me for letting me know of an issue that can occur when installing a shower head. So many people complained that their shower was leaking in the back, blaming the product for being unfamiliar with plumbing. First of all, very often your shower head leaks a bit. What you want to do is replace the taklon tape from your previous showerhead and make sure your showerhead is screwed on tight enough. This can be done with a cloth or rag to increase the friction between the bushing and the pliers/wrench. You should do this every time you install a new showerhead or whenever the shower starts to leak. I bought Taclon tape right here on Amazon for $2.34 and taped it to all the screw holes. hope that helps!
