I ordered this power supply on Tuesday around 5pm and it was delivered on Wednesday at 11:30am using standard main shipping (no next day service request). I installed the supplies and started the computer before noon. The shipment looks identical to the OEM and can be installed without problems. You probably won't be able to find this power supply at your local store and if you can I'm pretty sure it will cost more.
