Great little fan

Great little fan, very quiet and very well built. Not at all what I expected, I was expecting a $20 fan I felt and worked like a $60 fan. Excellent packaging, instructions, assembly material and delivery within 48 hours. Installed it on my modem which gets a little warm and works like a charm. Instantly cooled it down to the perfect temperature. I will insert some photos.

High quality, quiet fan!

While perhaps not common for this fan, I connected it to a 4" flexible vent hose to create my "cat litter stink removal system". In short, our cat will stink the whole house after just one poo, even with the automatic trough closed. I decided to find a way to get that stench outside, so I needed a fan that moves a lot of air with a very low noise level so as not to startle the poor smelly kitty. This fan did its job perfectly! It moves enough air to remove all of the stench from the litter box…

Great little fans to keep things cool and provide a decent flow of air

If you're a dyer and put electronics in a closet you need to keep them cool with a decent flow of air. That's what muffin fans are for. Good price, not too loud and seems very well made. If you don't want them running all the time (not a good idea), look for a "temperature controller" or "temperature controller" that turns them on and off based on the internal temperature of your case. They are not expensive and they keep the temperature in this box within the range you specify. There are many…

I have used these fans for non-traditional purposes.

This product is quiet. I have a small (1200 square foot) house with a basement already built. Both floors have the same ventilation for heating and cooling. It's always very cold in the basement. I bought two fans to test because although we use regular fans all the time on the ground floor, they are noisy. I installed two cupcake fans on the living room floor vents to pull air out of the basement and on the first day I noticed a drop in temperature upstairs. I bought four more of these fans…

THE FAN IS MUCH BETTER THAN ANYTHING I STUDIED.

SORRY I DID NOT REPLY EARLY. I AM 92 YEARS OLD. AND I WAS BUSY. I KNOW MY AGE IS A BAD EXCUSE BUT I LIKE TO SHOW A LITTLE LITTLE. I LIVE IN A RETIRED APARTMENT AND HAVE A PROBLEM GETTING COLD AIR INTO MY BEDROOM. IN THE WALL OF THE BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM IS A SQUARE 5 INCH VENT. DESIGNED TO TRANSFER AIR FROM LIVING ROOM AIR CONDITIONING THROUGH WALL TO BEDROOM. THIS DOESN'T WORK VERY WELL. I INSTALLED A SMALL FAN IN THE VENTILATION. IT WORKS BUT IT IS NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH TO DO THE JOB. MY INTENT…

This is the best 120mm fan I have ever seen.

Needed an 'AC powered fan' for a small ventilation project and looks like the AC Infinity brand would be the right choice. with 120mm/8W version. The downside is that it doesn't include a controller, although I see they sell an optional speed control/power switch cable. I used one of those Lutron switches that plugs directly into an outlet and plugs into a fan. I have to say that the design of the fan itself is amazing as the fan spins with little to no effort. effort in general. The only…

Great little fan!

I am very happy with this muffin fan. Two of them are installed in the compressor zone of the "high-end” refrigerator according to the "push-pull” scheme. These fans offer an affordable alternative to a service technician spending $200-$500 of my hard-earned dollars replacing a failed original fan. The fans run constantly under suboptimal conditions, but have not shown any signs of failure so far. They move enough air to keep the fridge at about three degrees above zero, which is ideal. They…

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Too long to wait

We used these fans to replace the noisy and inefficient Heatilator chimney circulation fans from the 1950's. We've added magnetically attached (100°F) thermal switches to the back of the metal firebox. When a fire is burning, the AC Infinity fans kick in and silently circulate air. If you want to try this and think you need a more powerful fan to get enough air movement, think twice. I thought so too, so I also tried the next stronger set of these fans. They were annoyingly loud and used a lot…
