Too Loud or No Sound

This includes super speakerphone with voice message. It's so loud that I'm afraid of damaging my hearing. Then when you connect to your source you can turn the volume down, but I like to hear it when I'm going to bed and I want it to be very quiet. It's not an option. It goes from loud to off. There is no softness.
