I would like to give this bag 5 stars but now I have to give it three. The bag packs easily, looks great, transports well and seems to offer great protection, but it doesn't look like it will survive a second trip across the country. Pros: LARGE wheel configuration, easy to transport, stunning looks, parts and tools. fits well in a bag. **UPDATE** Warranty service is easy to get if you contact the right person. Cons: cheap air pump breaks airbox valves, wheels click after one flight, bent metal frame **UPDATE** Still cheap when flying through the US. The bag has arrived and I couldn't be more excited. When I saw the airbag pump, I started to worry about the airbag. It looks and feels like a 99-cent shop pump, and the two spikes will damage the valves. Airbags have one-way valves designed to prevent air from being blown out of the cylinders. The only way to inflate bags with a pump is to puncture those one-way valves and render them useless. It also makes the air want to escape as you try to furiously shut the vents shut. The documentation also does not cover the pump or the solution to this problem. For the price of the bag, they could have spent pennies more on a better pump. (SE UPDATE BELOW) The real problem with the bag is the front fork stanchion. After my flight the aluminum prop bent to the left as you can see in the pictures. When you pack your bag, remove the handlebars from the stem, leaving a gap that prevents the fork from being supported on top. When I came home from a trip, the bearings in my front end were destroyed. Luckily they were damaged and the coal didn't break. This can be mitigated by adding a shim to the stem so the cap will hold the forks securely as if handlebars were fitted. This bag is incredibly easy to maneuver at the airport. The front and rear wheels initially rolled so smoothly that I could pull them and push my spinner bag with one hand. However, when I get home, the front wheels make an annoying clicking noise, as shown in the video. The detail pocket built into the top of the bag is incredible. I was able to carry around many sharp parts and tools without fear of puncturing my pocket or damaging my bike. As it stands I would not recommend this pannier.**UPDATE 23/06/2017**It took about a month for all parts to be delivered. I received the first parts around 6/5 but the aluminum bracket had to come from China which took a while. In Biknd's defense, they used expedited delivery. Biknd sent me two new airboxes, a modified air pump nozzle, an aluminum front fork mount and two new front rollers. All parts are assembled and I am confident that the bag will protect my bike on future trips. After speaking to Giles, it turned out that the issue with the stem and fork was my fault. When packing, remove the handlebars from the stem and use the spacer provided. Then flip the stem back so it's over the glory instead of facing forward. This solves the problem of a loose fork. I give the bag 5 stars because I can't give it a 4.5 or 9 out of 10. The body of the bag has held up well with less wear and tear than my other luggage. I only wish the pump was more powerful.
