The first pair had problems. When I received these controllers, I immediately noticed how convenient they are compared to Joy-Cons or Hori Split Pad Pro controllers. However, after a short use I had problems with moving the left stick down. I contacted the seller and he gave me links to try updating the controllers, which I did, but that didn't help. The left joystick started to drift after a short use. I contacted the seller again and explained that I had updated them and tried everything they suggested but to no avail. Without thinking, the seller sent me a new set and they arrived within 3 days. Since receiving them I have used them for an extended period of time to see if they would drift like the previous set. So far, so good. They work as intended and are much better than standard joysticks. I would happily deal with this seller again as they fixed everything quickly when something was clearly wrong. Trust me when I say these controllers are a lot better than standard joycons in many ways and the seller was a pleasure to deal with.
