We really enjoyed using this collar and being able to charge it was a great feature. It was very easy to use and changing the vibration and shock intensity was very pleasant. There were occasional moments when we had to re-pair the remote with the collar, but that was rare and we didn't put much effort into it. Battery life seemed to meet our needs, along with collar thickness and vibration strength. This collar worked until the shock setting stopped. Although we almost never use it, it's nice to be able to. Since we don't use electric shocks very often, we don't know how long it won't work properly. We only use shocks in emergencies and on a very low setting: 10 out of 99. We need to find another training collar.
