This is my third setter that I have bought from Rich Barber for my various trimmers. Now the knife teeth sometimes don't have exactly zero play, but it always depends on how much pressure you put on the moving knife. I don't know why others have problems. As a safety net, use a magnifying glass to see how close it is! Before using on a customer, check the blade after adjustment, make sure the blade is in place and not over a fixed blade, otherwise it will cut your customers. Always be part of the solution, not the problem!
