Dredged earth is one of my best substrate mixtures. Why is it so hard to find?

I love this thing I wish it was easy to find like that crappy lime sand that is everywhere. Many uses for my herpes houses. If you are looking for a lightweight, low maintenance substrate then this is not for you. I also mix it with sand and eco soil to make it more natural and degradable.
