Depends what you want it for

The sound quality is not great, but if you are looking for cheap and not terrible this is adequate. We use it to listen to our baby's heartbeat in third trimester. Doesn't need to be perfect for us and works ok. It is not as good as the one my doctor uses (but that one is 4x as much).

Pros

The eartips are comfortable and can be easily replaced if necessary

Cons

Limited range of sounds it can detect
