Overall, I'm happy with the dock's primary purpose of having more ports and making it easier to set up in my home office. One of the "review criteria" was the quality of the camera - this device doesn't have a camera, so it doesn't matter. The biggest downside to this dock is the cable length, which can be as long as 8 inches. This limits the placement of this dock on a laptop desk, which frankly limits the usefulness and quality of the dock itself. If it had had a 3ft cord it would easily have been 5 stars. Update - I have received at least 10 emails from Ethan at Lionwei "Customer Service" asking me to change my 3 star rating. I've committed to it by downgrading it to 1 star - harassing a customer's salesperson is no joke and Revain refuses to do anything about it.
