Computers and accessories stopped charging

I had the same problem reported by many other customers where the dock initially charged but after a few weeks the charging stopped working. I used a Mac Book Air (2019 version). If the battery is low, it cannot be charged while the laptop is in use. This is not the case when the power is connected directly to the laptop. This is very disappointing and I think the company should discontinue the product. The fact that they didn't made me very skeptical of their business practices. I will noโ€ฆ

Has worked great so far

I have had this docking station for 3 months now and it has been working great until yesterday. I have the latest MacBook Air and all of a sudden it stopped receiving a signal from one of the monitors. There were no OS updates and I even tried it on another MacBook and got the same result. Since I bought it, I've occasionally had a blank screen for a second or two a few times a day, so it could just be defective. I've been looking for help with this issue where a screen goes blank and haven'tโ€ฆ

Exactly what I wanted

This is my third port replicator for my 2020 13" MacBook Pro. The other two either didn't work properly or I couldn't get both external monitors to work in extended mode to work. I read the reviews on this product and the description so I thought I'd try again. Viola! I plugged in my MacBook and what do you know the two external monitors lit up as extended and the laptop's screen also popped up. I had to adjust the display position and everything worked as expected. The mouse wobbled a bit butโ€ฆ

Overall, I'm happy with the dock's primary purpose of having more ports and making it easier to set up in my home office. One of the "review criteria" was the quality of the camera - this device doesn't have a camera, so it doesn't matter. The biggest downside to this dock is the cable length, which can be as long as 8 inches. This limits the placement of this dock on a laptop desk, which frankly limits the usefulness and quality of the dock itself. If it had had a 3ft cord it would easily have

Died after 4.5 months

I liked this when it ran on my 2018 MacBook Pro. I have a dual 4k display powered by 2 HDMI ports in enhanced mode, USB ports for camera and external mouse/keyboard, 3.5mm for audio, ethernet, and my MacBook USB-C charger . It was the perfect way to quickly connect and work locally, or switch off and take your MacBook with you. I did notice the dock getting a bit warm but I never had a problem with it until it suddenly died a few days ago. less than 4 ยฝ months after purchase. I have not yetโ€ฆ

Smooth expansion extends Macbook Pro

The second Mokin hub I've bought, this 12-in-1 version quite simply extends the functionality and convenience of a Macbook Pro laptop. UPDATE: Added video review. I bought this Mokin 12 in 1 USB-C hub exactly a month ago and I'm not sure if it will work. It turns out it really works! . with one caveat. The ports are very convenient, the convenience is top-notch, and I love that it has not one but two USB-C ports to my 16-inch MacBook Pro because I think it's the stability both physically as well as improved in terms of data / power. The HDMI outputs do a good job at 4K at 60Hz (but if you're connecting to a TV, make sureโ€ฆ
