Overall, I was happy with the dock's main purpose - lots of ports and easy setup in my home office. One of the "review criteria" was the quality of the camera - this device doesn't have a camera, so it doesn't matter. The biggest downside to this dock is the cable length, which can be as long as 8 inches. This limits the placement of this dock on a laptop desk, which frankly limits the usefulness and quality of the dock itself. If it had had a 3ft cord it would easily have been 5 stars. Update - I have received at least 10 emails from Ethan at Lionwei "Customer Service" asking me to change my 3 star rating. I've committed to it by downgrading it to 1 star - harassing a customer's salesperson is no joke and Revain refuses to do anything about it.
