Absolutely useless product! Please don't waste your money on it! I don't know why it's Revain's choice! --- We recently moved to the US and wanted to buy all of KitchenAid's kitchen appliances despite the high prices because we heard and read good reviews about them. Coincidentally we first bought this coffee grinder and spice grinder and we were completely dissuaded by KitchenAid never to do anything else! a complete mess with all the coffee/spice on the countertop. Seems we're not the only ones having this issue - all we had to do was read the reviews before buying! So that also means a replacement guarantee won't help because they'll probably give you another piece of that crap instead of this one. We try to seal the lids with tape or use foil to seal the lids, but still some of the ingredients get into the jar. Be sure to use twice as many ingredients as you might need because you'll spill half of them anyway. And the grist that is obtained is not of the best quality either. My cheap Indian coffee grinder was much better and faster. So increase your waste and end up spending a lot more on ingredients in the long run, apart from the headache of cleaning up afterwards. Absolute waste of money! Can we return it and ask for money back! Does somebody know?
