It's hard for me to say 100% if the supplements work. There are so many different variables that affect how much energy I have. However, I usually train for 90 minutes and that helps me get through. Here is my review. Pros: HUGE scoop: This isn't one of those pre-workouts where the scoop is 5g Cost: $1 per serving is reasonable (very rarely do I list the cost among my pros). weighs over 1 lb and the balls are large (feel like I'm getting more product per dollar) - Flavor: tastes exactly as described - Mixtures: I mixed with a fork and there are no clumps or residue in my glass - sweetened Stevia (instead of Sucralose or Ace K) Cons: - SUGAR: I know it's only 4g and sugar is slow digesting (isomaltulose which helps with energy) but I wish it was 0g.
