Good sports shoes. but excellent.
This shoe is good for soft workouts and light workouts. The boots have no lateral support, so be careful not to twist or turn with your feet. All in all, this is a breathable, lightweight and flexible sneaker to wear at home. Definitely not waterproof or waterproof. I use them when doing cardio on the machines and walking at work or on vacation.
