However, I was let down by the service and the quality of the things. To start, the quality of the tent I had shipped to me was subpar. The poles were weak and had inconsistent stitching. The likelihood of it withstanding severe weather was low. The sleeping bag I bought was also difficult to use because of a faulty zipper. I tried contacting customer service for assistance, but they were completely inattentive and useless. After several tries, I finally received an answer, but it was neither useful nor fast. The company's emphasis on outdoor gear led me to anticipate more. In sum, my time with Rotibox was less than satisfying. I expected higher standards as a do-it-yourself expert. If you care about quality and satisfying your customers, you should look elsewhere.
