The company that makes this Henley T-shirt, The Normal Brand, thinks the fabric they designed for this shirt is so special that they have dubbed it Puremeso. Normally that would make me roll my eyes. But. Some things deserve a name. And true geniuses/divas deserve a name. I think Puremeso is an ingenious fabric that fully deserves its name. And while I have no idea what that name means, I decided it meant "I don't want to shoot that." This Henley is the definition of high quality. It's mid-weight, impeccably tailored, with a cute little embroidered bear logo on the back and a perfect fit. I would call it a "flattering athletic fit" that accentuates all your assets (chest and arms) and hides imperfect areas a little (some extra belly fat). It's soft, stretchy and very comfortable. The heather color of my shirt is very pretty. It looks as soft as it really is and you want to touch it. So be careful when wearing it in public. You can be petted or grabbed! If you have the opportunity, visit the brand's homepage. I did it and it's very well thought out. The brand and the shirt itself look like you would find it in a regular store at a high end mall or downtown mall - earthy and trendy. But unlike this high-end mall store, The Normal Brand line won't cost you a fortune. Their clothes are inexpensive and of good quality. You won't find quality at this price in any hardware store unless you're lucky and find it on sale. As the old saying goes, "Buy the best and only cry once." Only with this shirt you won't cry once. Depending on the purchase price (there is a price range depending on the size and color) you will only whimper for a second or two. I have many clothes. Very seldom do I really want to buy more. But this Henley has me wanting to try more of the Normal brand to see if the rest of their line is as good as this one. I have a premonition that this will be the case, so I head to the store.
