I bought several cheaper balances and they all either had some missing functions or were too small. Most of them were too small or could not carry enough weight with sufficient accuracy. In the end, I decided to spend more and buy a scale with the accuracy, size, and weight capacity I needed. Unfortunately, I overlooked the fact that this scale does not support the milliliters that are critical for me. It's my fault for not checking the specs more closely, I just assumed that with all the features and cost of this scale, milliliters would be an option since even the cheapest other scales I've bought before supported it. If they are not important to you then these are excellent scales and I would highly recommend them. I would rate it five stars in every category if it supported milliliters. Now I'm looking more closely for scales in this general range that support milliliters.
