Good Scales: Test, Measure & Inspect

I like the size of the platform. Heavy construction with good materials. Excellent price. Easy to read numbers. The tare adjustment is a bit cumbersome, but otherwise a great scale.

Reliable, simple scale

Sometimes you need a reliable but simple scale. He will also weigh over 50 pounds and break the zero. We use it at work to weigh food donations. I wouldn't get too much after 50 though.

Ideal! Exactly what I wanted

This is old school, love it! I use it all the time and it has a special place in my kitchen. It's great for canning when your recipe calls for pounds rather than cups. Ideal for weighing meat and vegetables. It is easy to read and very easy to reset. Just turn the knob! The top plate is quite big, you can put big pots, bowls or something else on it. It's all metal, so it's pretty heavy. It looks like it's built to last. I had no problems with that. I have a digital scale and have found it to be
