This costume is huge! I ordered it for my plus size Siberian Husky, even though the size chart for the costume said she would need an extra plus size. I'm definitely glad I didn't grow up. I managed to wrap the Velcro all the way around her waist twice before it was even remotely full size. The pants are huge and even rolled up they drag across the floor. She can exit them in about three steps. I had to knit about half of the elastic into the hat before it actually fit. The top fits decently, but only because you can tie it as tight as you like. Otherwise, sizes are far from everything. I even put it on my 75# German Shepherd Collie mix and it was massive too.
