Review on Infinity Travel Solutions by Mike Johnston

As a customer service representative for a major airline I have enjoyed working with this software on a daily basis. It is very user friendly and allows me to do my job in an efficient manner. We are always trying to improve upon our services as well as our products. The Infinity product is helping us achieve these goals. I would like to see more features added to the system.
