Review on Honda Carburetor 16100-Z0L-853 and Gasket Set: Complete Replacement Parts for Efficient Fuel System Performance by Mark Erandio

I have a six or seven year old Craftsman mower with a Honda 5.5 4 stroke engine (I think it's probably the 160 option as in this YouTube video) . :[.]). I've never used it much and last year it failed more than it worked suggesting a problem with the carburetor as it worked best at full throttle. I ran out of gas and left it in a closed building for the winter. I lost my regular mowing service so I have to work on the lawn until I fix this problem. It's time to take out the mower. This time the lawn mower couldn't work because the original carburetor was leaking like a sieve everywhere. I could try cleaning it, taking it apart and cleaning it, but I had a feeling that at best it would just be an old carburetor and maybe at worst it still wouldn't work. time for a new one. This kit is great! It has everything you need and is ORIGINAL HONDA. I didn't have any problems getting dressed either. I just reversed what I did to remove the old one. I squirted two shots of carburetor cleaner into the hole under the air filter and reinstalled the filter. I opened the gas supply and let it stabilize for a few minutes. Surprisingly, it started the first time I quickly pulled the choke (i.e. non-choke) starter and has run flawlessly ever since. No other adjustments were made. I cleaned the spark plug and recommend this. As expected, Revain has demonstrated this with Prime. All in all a great success, new life for my old mower. I would even go so far as to say that the carburetor design has improved over my original and works at least as well as before, maybe better.
