Reduces leg fatigue, but not for everyone

Benefits: Excellent prevention of calluses; well constructed; high durability; corresponds to the size; prevents recurrence of epidermophytosis of the foot (fungal infection between the toes); prevents leg fatigue and promotes a healthier foot anatomy. Disadvantages: expensive; difficult to put on and take off, especially in humid climates; not for everyone (see suggestions); People give you weird looks when you take off your shoes in line at the airport. Conclusion: The best socks I have ever used. However, neither my wife nor my son could get used to it. Suggestions: As a nurse in a busy hospital, I am on my feet 13 hours a day. There is a lot of solid scientific research on the benefits of this type of sock, which I encourage the reader to do their own research on. This type of sock encourages the natural splay (abduction) of the toes, especially the two outer toes, when walking; this ensures an even distribution of pressure on the balls of your feet. This improves foot bone alignment and strengthens the small muscles of the foot, reducing foot fatigue, improving arch support and reducing the risk of plantar fasciitis. Allow 2-3 weeks to get used to these socks as they seem very, very strange at first. After that, ordinary socks will seem strange and uncomfortable. Since wearing this type of socks I have not had athlete's foot, blisters or calluses; This is due to better moisture control due to fabric surrounding each toe, and superior friction control due to the form-fitting nature of the sock. Most importantly, at the end of my shift, my feet don't hurt as much as they do with regular socks.
