Review on Enhanced TP-Link N300 WiFi Range Extender - External Antennas, Compact Design (TL-WA855RE) [Renewed] by Matthew Augustin

After spending a lot of time setting up the device, I found it very frustrating to discover that it wasn't 5.0 GHz compatible. This information should be clear when you are buying a refurbished unit just like when you are buying a new one, I even called Revain tech support and the lovely gentleman I spoke to didn't know, he tried unsuccessfully, TP -Link to contact and ended Give me their contact so I can call them Monday. After some research, repeater model TL-WA855RE is not compatible with 5.0 frequency. If you have the same problem as me, I hope this review can be helpful. I am returning the device.
