I have this set for old acne scars on my face, my fine hairline and under my buttocks where there are some wrinkled areas that have cellulite. I'm very light weight due to health issues and I'm couch bound, so the stuff there has really changed in the last year or two. Having said that, so it shouldn't be difficult for the average person, given my health I'm a bit tired. The hardest part for me is just getting it out and cleaning it, but that's not a problem for most. The tray it comes in has room for improvement. They are convenient to store, so the rolls do not stick to the bag, but the lid is not attached in any way, it just lies on top. The small bowl that holds the alcohol doesn't leak or hold it at all because it will spill out in seconds. The lid of this chamber doesn't close, so it seems pointless. I already have a jade roller and a silicone facial brush so that wasn't a plus for me, but if you're just starting out with these types of products this set can make you even better. The handle easily attaches to any reel. They don't harm your skin. I think the cost is reasonable. There are needles of different sizes for different parts of the body. I use the largest size under the bottom and the medium size on the face and hairline. I've never had a professional session, so I'm completely inexperienced. My old acne scars have not changed. It's too early to see if my hairline will have any additional growth. It's different under mine. Unfortunately, I've lost a few extra pounds and that may have helped, but I'm also new to cellulite and don't know if it would make a huge difference to my emaciated body. I'll continue to use it a few times a week to see if it makes a bigger difference, but I've only had it for about a month.
