It's very easy to set up for our use case where we are trying to keep spam out of our inboxes. The support is top notch as well! They're always willing to help you troubleshoot or figure a way around any issues that crop up with their product. I would say it took us about 2 weeks from first contact through implementation until reaching full production status. We started using them in May 2018 so there was some lag time during testing/implementation but they were super responsive throughout this process. There isn't much I dislike about Spam Marshall at this point. Their customer service has been excellent since day one. Our team uses it heavily for email filtering within an organization.
