Works well for a low water level aquarium

I need a filter that will work well at lower water levels as it is in a fiddler crab tank. While the water level still may not be as low as we would like, it worked much better than the larger filter we originally had in the tank. It catches any loose food that might be swimming there, and the crabs seem to enjoy ripping it off to eat. The crabs are happy, so we are happy. I'm still looking for a smaller filter but this one is great for now.
