were damaged I bought them because of the magnetic force. So far, so good. I use it to hold functional training holds. from solid steel handles to nylon plastic handles. Now I have approx. They have 3 different types of handles. The hooks are attached to the sides of my functional trainer with long flat steel side parts. Keep everything within reach with easy grip access and grip changes. I like that they have a unique look. Just like a pledge. You can't miss them. You are on the big side. I really like her. This is better than having simple standard hook types that may or may not be big enough.
