Review on Schwarzkopf Professional Blond Blonde Toning by Lori Stein

I've been trying to lighten a shade of blonde/platinum for a while. There have been close results with Wella bleach, developer and various toners such as the infamous White Lady, Ivory Lady and others (t18, t14, t21 etc.) worked well at first but were always grayer and ashy than the pale colorless blonde hoped for. Then I got to the point where parts of my hair were so porous that these toners only left part of my hair purple and/or blue - albeit left on for a shorter period of time which also left the rest of my hair. still a nasty yellow. Terrible combination. I started using protein filler and it helped nourish my hair and even out the color, but still not the pale blonde I was looking for. I tried other brands and finally came across the Blonde Me line. I bought Blonde Me Developer 9% along with Blonde Me Bleach and this toner (ice) and it's like angels singing! Beautiful, shiny, colorless light blonde. Bleach washes out the color so well, even my dark brown roots that usually turn orange turn into shiny blondes! This tonic is perfection. A bit more expensive than t18 but 100% worth it! Love love love Schwartzkopf Blonde Me products. This is all I will be using going forward!
