The case is generally as expected but there are no screws as shown in the picture

The product was in a torn plastic case, looks like a retail return? It does not include a small package of two white screws. I checked Leviton's website to see if the screws needed to be included; they are not mentioned. This fits perfectly in my 14-30R (Advantium Oven/Microwave) outlet. I believe it should also fit a 14-50R outlet, also with a 2.15" diameter. sent a replacement with screws Had to send the old one back but it was free at least just a pain.
