Review on BIHRTC Embroidery Scissors European Needlework by Denise Davis

I only took a small pair in my carry on but security didn't stop me or undress me so obviously this size is allowed. I brought it because I was working on a small embroidery project and thought I could work on an airplane. I usually have a small locket on a chain that I take with me, but it disappeared somewhere so I risked a small pair. They worked fine, I had scissors where you had to pull both ends of the thread with one hand and cut with the other because they weren't sharp or the blades were too far apart, but they just cut right through. My sewing shop sharpened them when I bought them, it's just my habit, I don't think you will need it but I hate staying up late at night and realizing my scissors are dull so I rotate regularly sharpen things. The lady in the shop who does the sharpening is pretty straightforward and will tell you if something is wrong, but she said they were pretty good quality and cute. These are not high end discount scissors but a good buy for their price range. I don't know if I'll use them for regular fabric cutting, I cut off a few dots but that's about it.
