I call Miele and ask how long to wait, a week, a month? The answer is 2 days to process the order, on Monday they will definitely call. And if they call and say bring your vacuum cleaner, then what's the point of making an application through Miele, when I could immediately call an authorized center and bring them equipment today? "The best service" is to throw dust in people's eyes! The main advantage of the vacuum cleaner - (the ability to assemble it in different ways for different tasks) is doubtful. basically you will use it in one combination (with the main block at the bottom). We had it. It is convenient (compared to the Dyson) that you can park it anywhere, no need to hang it on the wall. After each cleaning - you need to empty the container. The job is tedious. Whoever has his own house - that's good, because. it can be done outside. There is an amazon on YouTube from a Miele representative showing how to empty the container. The guy says "then turn the latch 20 degrees and insert". It's strange, there are no labels. Leave 20 degrees on the eye? It turns out you just need to snap the lid, and then snap the container onto the vacuum cleaner! But even in the instructions it is described very unclear.
